[SOLVED] Strange PSU noise ?

Hi this is my second psu to make this noise (rma on first) what is it and is it dangerous/damaging?

Are you sure they gave you a new PSU? When you return this one put a small mark on it (permanent marker somewhere) to make sure they're not sending back the same unit. Sounds like a bad fan to me.

Yeah it was an exchange so i gave mine and got a new one from at the same time

Are you sure it's not the fan blades hitting something?

If it's an electrical noise, and the second PSU to do so, maybe there's something introducing interference into your mains. Can you try the PC on a completely different circuit?
