Streaming help/buying new cpu/mobo

Alright so I am upgradeing mainly on the bases of me wanting to stream my games with out any lag.
I will be mainly Streaming CS:GO

And found a great deal on amd

AMD FX 8320 Black Edition 3.5GHz AM3+
ASRock 970 Extreme4 Socket AM3+ 970 ATX AMD

Would that give me the capbilitys to stream and get around 230 fps in game?

Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155
Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 Desktop Motherboard

since that would be a lot of "multitasking" i would imagine the many cores of the AMD would really come in handy here.
