Stress testing fx 6300

I was running stress test on my fx 6300... With cpu-z..
For 30 mins the usage was 100% n my temp was 40° core... 60° vrms n 57° socket.

But the main thing is that after 30 mins the usage dropped to 21-50% n windows theme changed itself to basic.
Whats the reason of this change?
Is my system ok?

My specs:
Fx 6300 (stock speed)
Gigabyte ga-78lmt-s2pt rev 4.1
4gb ddr3 corsair value select ram
Corsair vs450 psu.
Deepcool gammaxx 200 cpu cooler
No gfx.

After cpu-z, i restarted my pc n ran prime25 blend stress test for 1hr exact. All test passed. No basic theme problem. Full time 100% usage of cpu & Temps are: 63c vrms. 59c socket n 42c core.

So is my system stable?
I have not overclocked anything.

Use AOD, it has stress and benchmark tests while keeping logs. It's most appropriate for AMD systems.
