So I got a ryzen 5700x3d cpu, rx6600, 32 gbs of ram and I run modern games perfectly fine, such as rust and valorant at 700 fps but for some reason a 2d flash game called Transformice doesn't run as it's supposed to although the in-game fps counter seems stable the game itself is stuttering hard, can anyone help me solve this issue please?

I don't think that's the issue since I tried my old nvidia gtx 1650s gpu and there wasn't any noticeable difference, also ik a guy who got the same gpu as me and runs the game perfectly fine

I done a bit of digging and found that transformice was made in 2010 and needs adobe flash player 9.0+
If you dont have this and try to download it from somewhere your av may warn you that its a security threat and either stop you getting on the site or destroy the download.

The main reason that some pc,s cant run old games is because the machines are too good so you have to find out when the game was made and put the launcher in the correct compatibility mode.

There is a standalone launcher that everyone in the game uses. I use that one, but I’ve also tried every other standalone and launcher, and the graphic lag is basically the same everywhere. I used to play this game without any problems on a PC with an i5 9400F and GTX 1650S, as well as on an HP Omen laptop
