Stuck at GIGABYTE logo

After having my pc for about 2 months something really annoying started happening. When i close my pc NORMALLY and i press the button to boot up it sticks at saying GIGABYTE INSISTS ON ULTRA DURABLE with no loading circle or bar. When i press my restart button on my pc it boots up normally. How can I fix it?

Turn off Display Logo in the Bios so we can see where it's hanging up during POST.
