stuck at "opening" screen

hello,

I just bought a whole new pc for my old hard disk. But when I try to start it, it's stuck here:

I checked the jumper and it is set correctly; dunno what's wrong.

[Crashman]

Are you using a floppy drive? How about a CD-ROM? Go into BIOS and in main settings for "halt on" choose "no errors".

But where's your CD-ROM?
