Question Stuck in BIOS loop with no CSM options ?

I have purchased a new ASUS FX706H laptop and tried to install Windows 10 via a bootable USB. But I got stuck on the BIOS loop, in the BIOS in shows that the usb is connected and detected however with nothing on the boot menu. I have tried disabling security boot and fast boot and still got no luck. On the boot page, the boot priorities option is still greyed out with the only other available option being the fast boot which had been disabled. I have tried pretty much everything I could find online and I am running out of ideas to solve it.
The version of the BIOS is 2.20.0049
