Hi, yesterday after opening my pc normally and using for a while, i did a restart and on the boot i stuck, on the diagnosing your pc message. I’ve tried every solution i can find through google search and video, but each time i encounter different issues. For example in the “blue windows’ screen/troubleshoot menu” i’ve tried, system reset, restore,startup repair and nothing works for me. Now, ive downloaded a windows 10 version, and made a bootable usb, but when i click on install... nothing happens, it says it isnt available. anyone can help me with a different solution? thanks
