[SOLVED] Stuck in UEFI Shell, Keyboard Not Working

Hiya, so recently my brothers ZedAir H6 laptop had a software issue where it'll load into the UEFI Shell and stay there. I cannot type anything like exit or press ESC, even when I try to boot into BIOS. The keyboard doesn't work at all anymore. Can someone give me advice and help me out here?

P.S I cannot really open the laptop up, since I lack the tools, experience, and time to. Thank you

normally if PC is booting into the EFI shell it means the boot drive didn't respond in time and PC went to next choice, which is also the last choice, EFI shell.

Instructions likely say to hold ESC? have you tried holding it in before device starts?

where did you buy laptop from? might need to get it repaired as its difficult to fix with a non working keyboard.
