Stuck on Motherboard Logo.VGA RED LIGHT

Hey, i built an AMD 2600X B450 AORUS PRO RX 580 PC. I used it for a month and when i reset the pc the panel VGA get solid red light and the boot is stucked into the motherboard logo i cant do anything i tried to run BIOS and the other stuff but it didnt work so i removed the gpu put it back in i changed the power delivery gpu cabels and again nothing changed the speaker sloves the problem to. Pleace help me to fix it.

What is the power supply brand and model? Try another video card in your system, maybe a lower power one, test your card in another system. Can try different PCIe slots see if that helps.
