So I am experiencing stutter in games for a long time now
So i usually run the game( let's say Forza Horizon 4) at 60+ fps and all of a sudden it drops to 2 or 3 for a second and then back to 60. I noticed that the textures are blurry and when they clear - that's the time the stutter appears, I assumed it's the HDD and i replaced it and reinstalled my pc - same thing pls help!! My drivers are up to date, game dvr- off , power options on high performance.
MY PC SPECS:
Geforce GTX 1050 TI 4GB
i5 4460 3.2 GHz
8gb Ram DDR3
Seagate 2TB 7200 RPM 256MB

same problem here cant play any games not even fifa , all games worked fine but one day all of a sudden all games shuttered, screen tearing and all stuff destroying gaming experience . i havent even played any game since then cpu temp goes upto 99c and laptop turn off. Any solution for it ?

I would first re-install your NVIDIA drivers, even if they are up to date. I had some odd issues when I was running 2060 SUPER a few months back. Also ensure you aren't trying to run any OSDs as that can cause some issues time to time.
