Question Stutter issue 4080 super x 7800x3d

Hey there,

I have tried:

• Reinstalling Windows
• Reinstalling NVIDIA drivers
• Undervolting
• Resetting BIOS
• Updating BIOS

Nothing has worked so far. How can i troubleshoot and fix this?

CPU: 7800X3D
CPU cooler: MSI MAG 360
Motherboard: X870-P WIFI MSI
Ram: GSKILL CL 28 6000MHz DDR5 / EXPO on
SSD/HDD: XPG Gammix Blade S70
GPU: 4080 Super
PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750W 80Plus
OS: W11
Monitor: MSI MAG 275CQRXF
BIOS Version: Last one

What resolution? I also see the required psu is 750 watts and that’s the exact wattage of the psu. What is the exact make and model of the power supply? Wondering if the pc has enough juice.

I tested at 1080P and 2K and the stutters persist, I'm using 2K now
