So ive built my first pc ever but there is a problem every time i run a game it stutter so i checked amd adrenaline program and something was wrong my gpu utilization was jumping from 0 to 100 and back down so when for example play gta v it stops for maybe 10 sec then my framrate goes back up and i can play normally som places in gta v cause frame drop and sometimes as i said it stops completely like the image stops i can still hear the radio and what not but the image is frozen btw its not only in gta happens in arma 3 and hitman etc.
i looked around the internet for solutions and tried everything but somebody said run latency so i did and this came up
One more thing i thought it was a problem from my gpu so i overclocked it in amd adrenaline it ran ok but there was patches in the screen like it didnt load parts of the imag then BSOD.
BSOD happend one time but the patches happend 3 times i believe
Your system seems to be having difficulty handling real-time audio and other tasks. You may experience drop outs, clicks or pops due to buffer underruns. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
