Question stuttering-fps drop-freezing

I have a ryzen 5 1600 - 16bg ddr4 2666 - rx 6600 8gb and everywhere its says that i have a cpu bottleneck but my usage is around 60% cpu , 100%gpu in 1080p low sett.
Temp: 60 C 65 C
Should i overclock gpu ?

What is the make and model of your motherboard? You have a Ryzen processor, you'd benefit from running a DDR4-3200MHz dual channel ram kit(or DDR4-3600MHz ram kit if you have an X570/B550 motherboard).

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age as well.

As for your drivers, make sure you're on the latest BIOS version, then that you've got the latest OS updates, then use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode. Reinstall with the latest drivers sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
