Question stuttering/freezes in fortnite

Hi,
im having really annoying stuttering problems which make the game unplayable. I get fps drops(and huge frame times) from over 100 to ~30 or sometimes even zero. I monitored my hardware with MSI Afterburner and saw that most of the drops (not all tho) happen when the GPU Power and Memory Clock drop very low. (My Specs: i5 4690, RX 580, 2x4 GB DDR3 1600, SSD, 600W PSU)

hi, im getting weird framedrops/microstutters and high frametimes in most games (mainly fortnite) on all low low settings and i have absolutely no idea where its coming from. maybe my hardware is just too bad (i5 4690, rx 580, 8gb ddr3, ssd). i cant tell if the gpu and cpu drops are normal or if theyre the problem or if theyre just dropping because something else is slowing down.

i dont think it can be spyware because i did a fresh reinstall of windows and its the same. and nothing else is running during the game :/
