Stuttering in every game

Recently i've experienced alot of stutting in every game that i play. idk whats wrong and my specs isn't bad

Specs:

I7 6700k (with h100i watercooler)
Gigabyte G1 GTX 1070
16gb ram 2400mhz
120gb ssd and 1tb HHD

Temps? Not just of CPU or GPU, but because you are using an AIO cooler you need to make sure your boards VRMs aren't getting too hot. I see you also have a 120GB SSD. Does it have free space on it?

I always have HWMonitor open on one of my other monitors and nothing seems to be too hot. And i always make sure that theres at least 20gb free on the SSD

What is your HDD usage like, always 100%?

atm, only 1% Never goes too high

Have you tried doing a clean install of your GPU drivers?

Try this,
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this tool.
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or AMD) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.
