In almost every game I experience what looks like stutter, and not just in games i get it on windows in general aswell, its horrible. I will get 60+fps in a certain game but the stutter when i move the camera around makes it look under 30. What i notice is that sometimes, without a difference in frame rate the stutter will stop and the game will look perfectly fine, but it only lasts a few seconds and it then reverts back to the stuttering. I dont find that this is in a certain place where i stand in the game etc it just happens randomly. Vsync helps slightly but not alot.
when i see this stuttering its not just in games, watching a movie or video on my computer will give the same impression. For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OOAMfUJ3tsc at 0:56 you can see the camera move across the scene, on my monitors i can litrelly see every individual frame as its happening and looks awful. My monitors refresh rate is 144hz and 60hz on my second and they are both 1920x1080. ive recently installed programs like game boost, advanced systemcare and driver boost but they dont make a difference. My graphics card is a zotac gtx 1080 and my processor is an i7 6700k
