Hi !

I build a new PC (Ryzen 3600X + RX 5700 XT) and after hours using the PC (not playing, just web browsing) my mice starts to do stuttering, is not fluid at all. My keyboard works perfect, no stuttering when writting. Also YouTube stops working well, the videos don't load and a Windows 10 message appears saying the hardware blocked Chrome.exe for being used...

Any ideas ? If I restart the PC all works flawlessly... until after hours get stuttering again and I have to restart.

Temps are okay: 35 the CPU and 55 the GPU.

My screen is AORUS AD27QD a 1440p and 144Hz.

Thank you !

How does your PC perform while Gaming ? From your description, this sounds more like an OS issue, mostly due to the latest Windows 10 OS updates/patches, IMO.

Reinstalling the operating system should remove all existing problems, as it is a fresh start of your PC. The error Application chrome.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware might be caused by driver issues.

BTW, just try this temporary method for the time being. Turn off phishing & malware warnings, if need be. The following steps will turn of phishing and malware warnings, as well as download warnings.
  • In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu.
  • Select Settings.
  • Click Show advanced settings.
  • Under "Privacy," uncheck the box "Protect you and your device from dangerous sites"
  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click on the 3-dot menu in the far right corner and open Settings
  3. Scroll down and expand the Advanced section.
  4. Navigate to Privacy & security.
  5. Disable Protect you and your device from dangerous sites.
