Stuttering on video games!

hello guys i experience some fps drops-stuttering and also low fps on dying light-ac unity and many more new games but i have a decent system
i5 4690
gtx 960 4gb vram
4gb single channel ddr3
you might think its the ram problem but when i monitor the use of ram it is only 3-3.5/4 gb used it never used full
i have latest drivers

not i experience low fps-stutters-frame drops nothing wrong with the display and i have tried both dvi and hdmi

Your ram is not up to par, 4gb is not good enough for the current gaming envirement.

then why is the 4gb only 3 gb usage? while i play games do you believe upgrading ram will solve it?

Trust me, 4gb's isnt even enough for a non-gaming computer these days. Go for an 8gb kit.Especially if your machine is on a 32 bit os, where 3gb's will be the cap.

The RAM isn't all used just for the games. Part of it is reserved for the system itself.

Upgrade it to 8GB at least. It will certainly help.
