Question Stuttering that started out of nowhere

So, yesterday I was playing RDR2 normally, without any problems!
But today (next day) I went to play it and started giving these stuttering from nothing, I did not touch anything on my PC, nor downloaded something different
Other games started giving this problem too, like NFS Heat and Genshin Impact, the stuttering is not as heavy as in RDR2, but it still happens

Go into both your Windows power settings and your gpu software settings and make sure the power options are set to high performance, rather than balanced.
Balanced mode has been known to cause stuttering/hitching when the power draw frequently changes.
If that doesn't work, try toggling Game Mode within the Windows Settings and make sure all background programs are closed.
