Problem description:
About once, maybe twice a day when using my computer it will suddenly reset. No warning, no bluescreen nothing. It doesn't seem to happen while browsing (or at least, not yet) but it has happened both when streaming video and playing games. Sometimes I can play for hours, a couple times its happened within 15 minutes of each other. Windows event viewer reports no event just before the sudden loss of power.
Attempted fixes:
I've tried updating all my drivers, I've updated Bios, I've purchased a brand new surge protector. I ran Whocrashed, and there doesn't seem to be any crash reports filed. A full AVG scan found nothing as well. I've ran several heat monitor apps, and even under a heavy load my highest cpu tempt is 72c and my high gpu temp is 74. I've purchased not one, but two brand new PSU's. Nothing. I've bought brand new RAM, nothing. I RMA'ed my graphics card, nothing.

Motherboard = ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VII GENE LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

hard Drives = SAMSUNG 850 EVO MZ-75E250B/AM 2.5" 250GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
I also have a 500g SSD which make and model escapes me, but I believe that it is a samsung as well.
At this point I just don't know what to do other than try another new motherboard. Is there anything else I can do?
