Question Sudden BSOD after hours of use and SSD disappears in the BIOS

My PC for days now crashes after 8+ hours of use with a BSOD and on reboot the SSD is missing in the BIOS. After restarting a few times, the SSD appears and the PC works just as intended until the next crash. This is a brand new SSD that replaced my previous one( Samsung 860 EVO 500GB ) that had issues.


SSD - Samsung 870 EVO
GPU - GTX 770
CPU - Intel I5-3570K
RAM - 16GB
Windows version - 10.0.19045 Build 19045 64bit.
MB - ASUS P8z77-V LE PLUS.

Maybe some parts are overheating?

Temps seem fairly normal, I noticed the BSOD happens when tons of google chrome tabs are open at once for a long time

Do you mean that the BSOD only happens when Chrome is in use?

sounds like the ssd is overheating maybe try mounting it near a fan or something?

Still happening, might be a faulty SATA cable?
