Something very strange has happened in the past 18 hours. I have been using an ASUS AC68 wifi adapter for my PC. I know, it's not ideal, but I moved my PC and I haven't had the chance to hard-wire it.
Here is my set up.
I am on Google Fiber, so I should be seeing 300-400mb/s up and down. I was seeing this just 24 hours ago.
Now, I am only seeing 12 mb/s down, but I still see 300mb/s up.
I installed the new version of Win 10 yesterday, which includes the creators update.
Just FYI - I have tested all other devices and they are running perfectly, so the issue is either with my PC or my wifi adapter.
It seems strange that all of a sudden, the download speeds are being throttled.
Does anyone know of any applications that may do this via windows update? I have an Nvidia GPU and Intel CPU.
Thanks all!
