Sudden Lag and Rubberbanding (Rainbow Six Siege related)

Hi, Since last week friday, my online experience suddenly went to crap.
Since I live around Western Australia, I understand latency is a common thing and I constantly get around 90 or 105 ping, which is fine and no rubber banding occur.
However, after 28/07/2016, my game play has nothing but rubber banding, like it's insane, it's literally unplayable. The game I play the most is Rainbow Six Siege and it had some weird patch that supposedly fix its forever terrible netcode, it somehow made it worse.

the rubber banding happens because of the ubi's shitty servers.. thats something that u cannot fix.. there are so many issue with this game. like netcode problems [payers get kill even after u move to cover], Hit Regs are shit and glitches. stuff like.

so its really not your fault. its Ubi's
