Question Suddenly all usb ports stopped working and i dont know why?

So suddenly all usb ports on the motherboard stopped working but the more wierd is that they work great only on bios. I have tried to change the windows several times (win 7 , 10), and made sure that they are enabled from bios settings but still not working. Anyone can help?
The motherboard board is : Gigabyte G41 S2P

I have only on back and because it's just working on bios so i only have the keyboard to test with and yes it worked on all of them on bios not after booting to windows and i thought it would be power subbly probelem but replaced it with a new one and still the same.

sound like driver issue. windows probably don' t have the chipset driver
