Suddenly i have high CPU usage in games.

For the past 2 weeks my has been so slow,i had no problem running games like GTA V,Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Wildlands at 50-60,sometimes higher fps on max settings,but in the past few weeks my cpu usage In games has been very high compared to other times.I have an GTX 1070 8gb vram and a amd FX-6300,yes I know its <language>.I scanned my pc for any viruses but it didn't find any,someone suggested to scan in safe mode but it wont boot into it.If anyone knows a solution please help me.

Isn't your CPU overheating? Have you checked if thermal paste isn't dry and fan is running? Which antivirus was you using?

Havent checked if the termal paste is dry,im going to do that,the fan is running at all times and I used Avast,HitmanPro,AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes.

I don't realy know if its the creators update fault but,i finally managed to boot the pc into safe mode and now the fans are way quieter and the temp are considerably lower,going to test a few games.

I tried running GTA V but I had the same results,50-60 fps and then at regular intervals the fps drops to 15 for 5 seconds.

What about reinstalling Windows 10? That helps many times.
