I want to buy a used graphic card for my old PC. Suggest me a suitable graphic card for my PC. My PC specs are:
CPU: Intel Pentium E5500 (Dual core) @ 2.8GHz.
RAM: 8GB DDR3 RAM @ 1333MHz.
PSU: 450W.
HDD: Seagate 250 GB.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA G41-M Combo (rev 1.3).
Guys please suggest a suitable graphic card for decent gaming and for home use.

Overclock it with your bios to 3.0GHZ or further. It has 4 Cores and 4 threads so it wont bottleneck your GPU.
Your motherboard supports overclocking and this CPU so no worrys :)

It is the GTX 650 TI with 2GB GDDR5. It is still beast and with GPU overclocking you can get atleast 10+FPS more on all your games.
So OVERCLOCK it to get the best performance.

i would go for a gtx660 you maybe will say thers no big difference but there is difference i did benchmarks on both gpus and the gtx660 performs better, but there will be a bottleneck with that cpu

But does GTX 650 TI contains a VGA port? Because my monitor is Samsung S19D300 (VGA).

How about using a GTX 650 TI with a Intel C2Q Q9550? Will it give more performance or less performance? Will GT 730 2GB DDR5 work with Intel E5500 without bottleneck?

Get the GTX 650 TI with the Q9550 but overclock it to 3GHZ or above.
The GTX 650 TI has a VGA port.

GTX 750 produces 7% bottleneck while GTX 650 TI produces only 1% bottleneck. Should I go with GTX 750?

Well you have an overclockable motherboard so what i said earlier overclock the CPU to 3.5GHZ or further and you have a quadcore CPU at 3.5GHZ for just cheap and then there will be no bottleneck at all.
If you have overclocked the CPU to that level and also overclocked the GTX 750, trust me you have then still a decent gaming pc and that will be better than the GTX 650 TI as the GTX 750 is 24% faster than the GTX 650 TI.
