Suggest me good web development pc

Hi,
I need help in building new PC. I mostly do web development work on HTML/CSS/JS and PHP/Mysql. I need to use dreamwever and photoshop sometime and don't do any gaming.
My other work include net surfing with 10+ tabs open in chrome, ms office 2010.

Currently I'm using AMD athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 4400+, 2.31 Ghz, 2gb ram on this motherboard
NF61S Micro AM2 SE Ver. 6.x

This pc is old now, more than 6 years it served and need to upgrade have around 30-35k in indian Rs. or 550-600USD.

I don't need optical drive as my drive is new and i seldom use it, i need a good power supply, motherboard, cpu, ram, cabinet hdd.

For web development you won't need a very powerful PC. Just ramp up on the RAM so that your system won't slow down when you open multiple tabs in chrome, or have multiple applications open at the same time. I'd say 8-16 GB would be perfect.

What you will need, and your eyes will thank you for this, is a great monitor.

so i just need ram's but my motherboard not support more than 2gb and my led monitor is 15 inch, that's why i want to upgrade or build new, i have spare money suggest me if can in my budget, thanks again.
