[SOLVED] Suggested upgrade path for GPU in video editing machine

I am a video editor and work with many high-quality motion graphics. I have a pc that I built a while back and just upgraded to a Ryzen 7 3800x and 32gb of DDR4 3200. I currently have a Gigabyte 1050 ti. I would like to get into custom water-cooling loops but I feel it's more important to get my GPU up to spec before I spend all that money on a custom loop. I do not have a very big budget($350 range-preferably less). I was looking at an AMD Radeon RX5700 XT but quickly realized that was a little out of my budget especially since I am going to need to buy a water block for it as well at some point when I decide to go that route. I'm just looking for suggestions on which GPU would be most cost-effective and give me the best performance that I can get out of my PC.

Thank you,
Brady
