Suggestion for a budget card plz

I need a suggestion for a budget card to run Street Fighter 4 in normal settings .Got 3 options of my own plz reply if u can suggest better
1:EVGA Nvidia 9400 GT 1 GB
2:HIS ATI 4650 1 GB
3:XFX Geforce GT 220 1 GB

Note: ASUS EN9600GSO is out of stock in most markets.

For gaming I wouldn't be looking at less than an HD4670 or 9600GT.

The HD4670 is a good budget card, it cost about the same as the GT 220 and only a few ££ more than the 4650

I dnt see a £52 card as "Pro Gaming" More Budget Gaming.

I'm talking about budget cards as well. You can get an HD4650 but I wouldn't unless you can find a DDR3 version which is nearly impossible new. The DDR2 version is on par with a 9500GT which was mediocre when it came out years ago. The 9600 GSO is a reasonable choice but it depends highly on what version it is and you say it's out of stock.
