Suggestion for the best VALUE UPS (Uninterruptible power supply)

Dears,
after breaking a the PSU and the MB for somehow reason I can’t understand I ask for the best VALUE UPS I can buy here in Italy too. I don’t want to spend a fortune. What do you suggest ? Please send me the links. I hope this part is available in my country too. Nor Newegg neither other wide electronic websites available here !!!

My build already DONE: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ctb3qs with seasonic X-750 + PNY Nvidia Quadro K2000 (not coupled yet)
+ 2 monitor Samsung 24” and couple USB 5 lug hubs, external HD, and a LAN switch

It's not that YOU are wrong. It's just that due to language differences, I'm having a hard time understanding some of the things you say, OR, just having a hard time getting MY point across when I say something I think. It's certainly not that I don't want to help.
