Suggestions for a GPU

hi guys i am new here so please help me i just brought this stuff:

Amd Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition
Biostar A770e3
Gskill F3-10666CL8D-4GBHK 4gb ddr3 1333 (8-8-8-21)

i havent decided a GPU but my budget for GPU is under $150 or cheaper i will do gaming on it.I havent choosen a PSU too because of GPU so will by both of em at same time so please recommend me a GPU for a good price

I dont have a budget for PSU i just want to know about GPU and my budget is under $150. i dont know what resolution i am going to be playing at but probably somewhere in the middle and i will be playing over medium settings like playing gta iv on high or very high

I think i dont need a new psu i got a 500w psu with pci e connctr and molex and sata. my budget for GPU only is under $120( can be a little bit higher)

i will buy a psu after GPU just give me suggestion for GPU which is under $120
 
I would reccomend a 5770.It's actually faster than the new 6790 which is meant to replace it and it's a lot better on power.If you do actually have a 500 watt power supply than you won't need to upgrade if you get the 5770.But i'm asking what the amperage is on the 12/v rail just because i want to make sure you don't blow it up if you decide to choose a card like this.
