Hi everyone on the forums! I need some suggestions about what components should I buy, or some tips you could give me for my first ever, own made computer.
First of all, I thought it would be easier if I tell you, what do I do, and what do I want to do with a PC.
So in 4 months I'll be studying Publicity Design so I need a beast PC for video editing, photo editing, 3D rendering etc.
To make things short... I'm a full-time gamer So basically I want a powerfull PC that plays current games maxed out to ultra settings and work fluidly with my PC. Also I want that it lasts being like high-end for a couple years. But the most important thing is that I don't have a super budget to spend, maybe $1,100 usd
I don't care 2 flying rocks about and why:
Multiple Displays: Really! I don't need anything more than one 1080p display.
Super pricey, multiple graphics cards: I'm no expert in this but as far as I know multiple GPU's don't make a difference unless you use multiple displays.
Flashy & cheesy lighting inside my PC: I mean, I don't care if some component has built-in lights but I wont spend a cent in lighting.
HUGE PC cases: Completely the opposite, I need my PC as small as I could have it.
So I already know I want a Intel i7-3770K (Maybe there's something better but I don't know) Which motherboard do you recommend for this particular processor?
Which graphic card should I get? I think this is the most important thing to do. I was thinking about getting the AMD Radeon HD 6970.
I have 4 months to plan it out, any suggestions or tips are totally welcome! Thanks!
