These people above me are right but I believe you're looking for a proper suggestion. I would suggest CCleaner, either free or paid, does the job well. It can free up space by deleting temp and junk files, clean registry issues without causing havoc (not perfect tho), clean up win start up and unwanted apps/extensions, and so much more like deleting duplicate files.
Although a clean install always is the best solution, we don't need to especially if it's a for-work computer which just means rolling back to nothing and setting up your machine once again. In that case CCleaner does the job well.
Note that there are a lot of softwares out there but dont trust them as they're all just scams marketing their softwares as speed boosters which are clearly not.
Do not bother with such software,
They make their money from marketing and selling your info.
Worse ones may install malware.
You can safely use the windows cleanup app.
Best way to do it is the manual way with in built windows cleaner called "disk cleanup". All these so called "registry cleaners", "boosters" and etc are useless bloatware, which can harm more than help.
