Suggestions

hello all. i am going to piece together a new system an would like some suggestions. i plan to probably get a phenom ii x3, ddr2 memory and a radeon 4770 graphics card. that should satisfy my gaming needs which i don't do a whole lot of. i have hard drive and cd/dvd drive. what i need for suggestions is a motherboard, case and how powerful a power supply i would need. i don't plan to overclock, and i don't need a case with a lot of hard drive bays, but i would like one thats well ventilated. thanks
