I'm just posting this as a long shot since I've tried everything I could think of. I've updated drivers, reinstalled windows, and I just can't figure out what the issue is.

My specs are, 1660ti, 32gbs ddr4 ram, 256GB M.2, 512GB M.2, Ryzen 7 5700x, Corsair 850w PSU.

The issue is that when playing certain games, my computer will just freeze then shut off. Most games it doesn't happen on, and it just recently started happening. I've monitored temps, and my GPU and CPU rarely go above 60c so I know it's not a temperature issue. I've ran multiple virus scans and I know I don't have any form of virus on my PC. Windows corrupted one time during a restart and I had to reinstall it and ever since then, my computer boots up pretty weirdly and I'm not sure if that's the issue. I attached a video of the boot process being laggy, this wasn't a thing before, so I'm thinking maybe my boot drive? But I can boot and play most games perfectly fine. I can provide whatever details are needed as well.

Laggy Boot Up Process

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Corsair is the brand of the PSU, while 850W is the advertised wattage for the unit. What is the model of the unit and it's age?

Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for your motherboard? Make and model of your case? How are you cooling that processor?

reinstalled windows
Where did you source the installer for your OS? What OS are you working with?

PSU is a RM850X

I reinstalled windows through itself, I had to do it through the advanced startup menu since the computer wouldn't even boot into windows longer than 3 seconds due to it being corrupted.

As for my motherboard, it's an MSI B550M PRO-VDH, unsure of the BIOS version however.
