Question Supermicro X10DAC No Video Output

I purchased this motherboard used from Ebay with processors and heatsinks already installed. No memory. There is no video output passed through to the monitor. The board powers up, the fans spin (including the video card) and a melody plays on the speaker. After a few seconds the speaker sounds 5 beeps. This error code signals you either don't have a keyboard attached or there is no video output. Unplugging the keyboard results in 10 beeps so it's not the keyboard.

I've swapped memory around, cpus, power supplies, video cards, monitors. Reset the CMOS. I don't know what this board is trying to tell me. The board does not have onboard video, so you need a video card to do anything.

The board was said to have been working but I don't know what BIOS version the board is on. Maybe an older processor would work but I don't have one to try.

If anyone has any advise I have not tried, let me know please.

I had to use an R9 290X video card and was able to get video output from that. From there I could get into the BIOS and had to put the OPROM PCIe into Legacy mode. Before it was disabled. Now any video cards tried before will work.
