I simply need to contact Swiftech support for maintenance issue on my H240 AIO unit.
I need instructions for topping off or replacing coolant. Looking at the reservoir I notice its only about 2/3 full.
When I navigate to their website I get an 'expired security certificate' warning which seems quite suspicious to me.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!

They aren't that complicated, just follow any guide for custom water cooling essentially. There should be a fill port and you can just add distilled water for now.

Long term you should consider a complete system flush and putting in new coolant, or distilled water and a biocide. That would just be unscrewing one of the G1/4 fittings at the CPU block and leaving the fill port open so that air can get in.

I would suggest removing the cooler from the system while you do this.

May also be a good time to take the CPU block apart and check it for blockages.

I used one for many years as the core of a custom loop with a GPU and additional 280mm radiator added.

Towards the end tanks of the AIO where the tubes exit, you should see a plug that can be unscrewed using a coin or a wide headed flat screw driver. That's your opening for the loop without disassembling the entire loop.

How long has the cooler been in use since it's assembly in your build? You will need to use the same fluid you used in the loop if you want to top it up, which was a coolant found on Swiftech's site back in the day. I think it's this;

You could also tear down the entire loop, inspect for any corrosion and use a toothbrush to clean the copper parts as well as change the tubing.

I own this AIO

I need to at least top off the reservoir since it is half empty dur to evaporation but can find no instructions on how to do so.
Bitdefender is giving me a 'missing security certificate' warning when I visit the Swiftech website. So unclear whether they are even still in business!

Can any watercooling experts help?
I assume I can use instructions that refer to another AIO but not sure which.

Fill port is right there in your link. Position the computer so that is at the highest point and fill it. Or remove the AIO intact so that you can make sure it is at the highest point.

You can use a squeeze bottle filled with distilled water.

In the past I have also used a spare fitting and an empty tube within a tube so that the air gets out. But that is less reliable and often takes many power cycles to get the bubbles out.

I used this biocide/protection for many years with no issues in the slightly older H240-X.

They also sell full cleaning/prep kits if you want to take the time to completely refill and clean the loop.

Thanks! I read the decription but still confused about the purpose of the biocide/protection.
Is this to prevent buildup of debris and fungus in the loop?
If I'm only topping off and not doing a full refill clean would there be any benefit in adding this to my loop?

Since you are cracking it open, you have the potential to introduce bacteria, algae, etc. Adding water will dilute whatever biocide and anti-corrosion chemicals are in there. It is only a precaution and something you should certainly add if you decide to drain and clean the loop. Just topping it off you can probably get away with it though.
