Came up in a game recently...

Austrian armies
Austrian Army in Serbia attacks Turks in Bulgaria
Austrian Army in Budapest supports Rumanian Army's defense
Austrian Army in Rumania holds

Turkish army in Constantinople supports Turkish Army in Bulgaria's defense
Turkish army in constantinople supports Russian attack on Rumania

Russian fleet in St. Petersburg attacks Rumania
Russian army in the Ukraine supports Russian attack on Rumania

What happens?

I think that the Austrian attack on Bulgaria neutralizes the Turkish
support against Rumania, making the armies there evenly matched...

I think that A Con has been ordered twice, and therefore holds, and I think
F StP (whatever coast it is on) can't attack Rumania.

If you mean A Bul, and F Sev, then yes, Ser cuts Bul, and the Russian attack
fails, 2v2.

Ok. Though I wonder why the army in Rumania wasn't ordered to support
the attack on Bulgaria.

>Turkish army in Constantinople supports Turkish Army in Bulgaria's defense

You have mentioned a Turkish army in Bulgaria, and given no orders for
it. You have given two orders for the Turkish army in Constantinople.
So, Turkey has submitted no valid orders.

Also, it's not good enough to write "supports Russian attack on
Rumania". You have to specify what move is being supported.

Let's assume you mean
]Turkish army in Constantinople supports Turkish Army in Bulgaria
]Turkish army in Bulgaria supports move from Sevastopol to Rumania

>Russian fleet in St. Petersburg attacks Rumania
>Russian army in the Ukraine supports Russian attack on Rumania

Another invalid order. St. Petersburg does not border Rumania.

Let's assume you mean
]Russian fleet in Sevastopol attacks Rumania
]Russian army in the Ukraine supports Russian attack on Rumania

Right. The support given by Bulgaria was cut. So there is a 2-2
stand-off in Rumania.

Fully expected to be attacked. The attack on Bulgaria was simply to
prevent the Turks supporting an attack on Rumania. The Russians REALLY
want Rumania, and are starting to become a bit myopic about it.

The latter was supposed to be Bulgaria. Apparently I was more tired
than I realized...😛

Ah.

Thanks very much. :)
