Switching from I3-6100 to I5-7500, Confused on BIOS

Got a new I5-7500
Read quite a lot about changing it, I keep reading on BIOS and I'm not quite sure how to update my BIOS on my motherboard, and where I can find this.
Motherboard - Gigabyte B150-HD3P
I'm quite new in computer building, so please correct me about anything.

Most motherboard manufacturers make it very simple nowadays with their own BIOS flashing tools. Typically, you just download the new BIOS and launch a .exe file, computer restarts, flashes the BIOS, and you're all set.

Here is some info on accessing and upgrading your BIOS.

To access the BIOS Setup program, press the <Delete> key during the POST when the power is turned on.
To upgrade the BIOS, use either the GIGABYTE Q-Flash or @BIOS utility.
• Q-Flash allows the user to quickly and easily upgrade or back up BIOS without entering the operating system.
• @BIOS is a Windows-based utility that searches and downloads the latest version of BIOS from the Internet
and updates the BIOS.
