switching from triple screen to forth single screen

I have a triple screen sim rig setup with 5760x1080 res in gaming room, the lounge room is on opposing wall and it has a single 1080 screen, is there a way to switch between the two screen setups easily? Id like to game in lounge room when sim rig isn't in use etc. cables through wall is easy, but is switching software driven with 4th lounge screen plugged straight into my msi 1080 gaming x? or is some sort of physical switch required?
