Question Syestem stuck

Hello, everyone!

I have an issue with my PC it got stuck after playing the game then I close the game it shows a random color screen like Green, Blue Black then I have to restart the PC by switch off the power button. My hard drive is also a little bit slow.

MY System spec.

Xeon 4th Gen processor.
8 GB ram 1300 MHz.
4th Gen Motherboard.
RX 560 4GB.
400 W PSU.
500 GB HDD

CPU temp: 20C
