Synology server has very slow upload?

Hi there! I have had a synology 412+ for awhile. I normally get about a 100-200 MB/second upload/download speeds to and from my computer that is sitting two feet from it. I recently decided to do some cleanup work on the hard drives and ended up erasing/re doing the volume. Basically making it new. Well when i went to upload something through CIFS its stuck at 4MB/second. Any suggestions?

Still stuck on this. Any suggestions? If it helps i have a Linksys WRT AC1900

Hey there, Cvdasf!

I'd suggest you to try using a different cable - a CAT 5e or CAT 6 perhaps this might improve the speed.
Are you using any anti-virus software? If you do, I'd suggest to disable it and then try to upload something again, see if that will resolve the issue.

I have a CAT 6 cable. I am using ESET but have tried disabling it and nothing changes :/

This is pretty weird, indeed.
I'd suggest to try resetting the server from the enclosure, see if that will make any difference.
Another thing worth the shot is checking the drives' health and SMART status using a diagnostics utility from the HDD manufacturer.
