Question SYS Fans turn on and off together with the LED

Hi everyone, this is a relatively new problem I am not sure when it started tho. So the issue is that my SYS 1, 2 & 3 fans will turn on and light up and then after a random but short period of time they will all dim their lights and after that the lights just turn off and some times the fans stop too, sometimes they continue working. They are just generic fans, they came with the case, they just glow in white, not RGB.I tried to tweak the BIOs settings for them but without any success. I noticed tho that the BIOs doesn't read the SYS fans' RPM, it just stays at 0, but the RPM of my CPU fan is showing and it is all fine. So I also tried to find info online but it seems like not many people have had this problem. Maybe I should also mention that my power cable for the PC is being weird in the sense that if I move the PC it will just power-down. I think this could be part of the issue? Also if I go behind the PC to connect a cable or something and I move the power cable I hear the electricity crackling. I don't know if the two issues are connected but I don't know what to do about the fans, so any help would be really appreciated :))

System specifics:
MB - B550M PRO-VDH
BIOS ver.- 2.90
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

Oh also if it matters the temperature of the PC components stay around 40 C

Fans, 3 pin or PWM ? Check BIOS for settings to match the type of fans. I suppose they are 3pin and LEDs and motor are getting power from same source so if motor stops so will the light. If too low voltage, light will dim.

The Fans are Zlamn White Led ZM-K112
And they 3 pin which I understood cuz the cable is with 3 strings, but the thing is that I can't see where they are connected to to the MB. Also I didn't build the PC with the RTX 2070, I bought it recently but if it's powere supply issue wouldn't it have shown the moment I put the card int he pc? Are you suggesting that I should up voltage from the BIOs?

I Maxed the voltage to 12 V and it still continued happening, so I guess the issue is not from that...

Also something I found out just now is that I can't see where the fans are connected. All the SYS fan ports on the motherboard are empty so IDK what happened there, could they be connected to the CPU fan? Cuz it has a button sitting in my case to switch on and off the RGB of the CPU fan and I remember it had something like hub, so maybe the other fans are connected to that hub?

Can't you just follow the wires from fan ? It's also possible that there's is a hub somewhere in the case.

remove the case side panels and follow one of the fans' cable to it's end.

whether there is a splitter directing all fans to the CPU_FAN header, a hub, or just a SATA cable powering all of them you will find out there.
