Question System artefacts

Hi all. thanks for willing to help). so question: my friend has this system
600w be quite gold
RX 580 red dragon
not sure witch but b450 mobo
and ryzen 5 3600
before update he had gtx 1050 ti everything was ok, as soon as he update GPU to(rx 580 8gb) system started giving artefacts

I thought it could be VRAM issue but would he be able to screencapture artefacts ????

How old is the PSU in the build?

gtx 1050 ti>RX580
As for the upgrade, did he use DDU to remove all GPU drivers off of the platform prior to removing the GTX1050Ti in order to drop the RX580 in? Is the GPU bought used?

ofc 580 was used where can u find new one ) he upgraded caz of the 8gb vram im sorry he had not ti. it was 1050 2gb one psu is kinda old DD..
so u think its not GPU to right >? caz if it was GPU it couldnt shot artifacts on video record rigt ?
