Question System does not Boot after upgrade

I recently upgraded to Asus Z390 - A alongside i5-9600KF.

I removed my old mobo and cpu and reattached everything. However it does not boot up. It kept showing the yellow Q led light. I tried different configuration of the ram sticks, initially 2&4 to just 4 (changing between each stick) and does not work still.

I'm using Cosair Vengeance 2x 8gb 3200MHz sticks.

Specs:
Asus Z390 - A
i5 9600KF
2x 8gb Cosair Vengeance RAM
Cooler Master 1000V Psu
Cool Master Seidon 120V cpu cooler
Nzxt S340 case

3x 1TB ssd
1x 1TB hdd

Have you tried with just 1 stick in Slot A2 as recommended in your manual (page 1-5):

Yup that A2 slot with the 2 stick, one at a time. I'm sure this ram is working since I'm just upgrading mobo and cpu

No integrated graphics with that setup. You must install video card.

My bad. Forgot to list that I have Asus GTX1060 3Gb installed. I know the F in i5 9600KF have no on board gpu.
