Question System for esports cafe

I need 10 systems in my gaming cafe.I need atleast gtx 1060 ti ,i5 8th gen but i am confused about motherboards ,i need lightning also as i have to show off a little bit,confused about including ssd or not?
please tell me all the remaining hardware like psu,cabinet.ram,internal harddrive
Budget is low so i need cheap and best thing.
Games are: DOTA 2,PUBg,CSGO,Fifa
ALso tell me about the switch to connect all the computers.
i live in india so please tell the hardware which can easily be available.

Thank you for mentioning that you live in India. You forgot to mention what you budget for each build is/will be. Include that and we should be able to move forward. What about your monitor, what resolution will people be gaming at? We're located in USA, so it's best if you could narrow down a preferred site for purchase. Will PCParPicker work for you?
