Question System freezes after changing GPU

Hello, I just upgraded to 4070 ti super from 2080 super and I am experiencing freezes.
Freezes occur when I boot games and benchmarks. I have ran Unigine Heaven benchmark and noticed that GPU immediately gets on ~90% load, CPU as well. After 2 seconds both monitors freeze and I am forced to reboot the system. I did MemTest86 and got no errors, uninstalled old GPU drivers and installed new ones. Also CPU and Chipset drivers are up to date. I am out of ideas.

My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x3D
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4070 ti super Ventus 3x OC 16GB GDDR6X + Alphacool Eisblock Aurora RTX 4070 ti Ventus with backplate
MOBO: X570 Aorus Master
RAM: G.SKILL 64GB (4x16GB) 3600Mhz CL16 TridentZ RGB Neo
PSU: Corsair HX1200i 1200W 80 Plus Platinum

It was outdated, I just updated BIOS but nothing changed, problem still persists

How do I turn off standard OC in Afterburner?

Core Clock And Memory Clock Just Just try downclock speed little at a time by those circles and press tick. Numbers will so - when you turn down speed. Also you can turn the fan speed up!

I am already at -214 on both clocks. Should I go even further? I'm not sure if that's safe

Do not think downclocking will make halm just overclocking can make halm. I would test games to see if it freezes with -214. If it carrys on freezing then hopefuly people can guide you futher.

Unfortunetely it still freezes, I've tested on both games and benchmark

Turned off XMP, AMD stock core booster, cranked all the way down both core and memory in Afterburner. Still no change

Yes, I do. However I am running full custom water loop, so swaping gpus is very problematic

Understood. Seems you swapped GPUs and problems started occurring. You need to isolate the problem and that is unfortunately what you need to do.

When I boot games and benchmarks it gets to 70°C immediately

That isn't bad. What is the temp at idle and then under full load? Is 70C the max?

Idle is about 35-40°, full load is 74 max

Those are good and likely not an issue in any way. The GPU is the likely culprit.

I swapped back to old GPU and benchmark is running smoothly without any issues. Seems like it is GPU related after all
