Question System freezing

hello everyone~

I have system specs of:
Core I7 10105
Gtx Super 1660
16 GB Ram
250 GB Samsung SSD
And 2 TB HDD

Why does my computer freeze from time to time?!
I have had my PC almost for 2 years and my hard drive is still brand new, everything has run properly till now and it's nearly been 2 weeks that I've been dealing with this problem.
Could it be a hard drive problem? like HDD failure or something?!
I can use other opened programs without any problem but the taskbar freezes and I can't switch between opened programs, if I do that it'll freeze completely and unfreeze only when I click on it multiple times then it will reset!
it's really weird because there's no heavy program running in the background and there is a lot of free space in the RAM and my Windows+graphic card is also updated.
I scanned the whole system with antivirus for a clean check and there was no sign of virus, malware, or anything!
Also Sometimes it freezes at boot immediately without any program even being opened. and I don't understand what the problem is.
