System hangs checking VRAM

Just installed new ATI 64MB Radeon AGP card. INstalled drivers and everything worked fine. Powered down overnight and now the system hangs checking VRAM. Will try another card. Has anyone had this problem?

Sounds like bad VRAM to me.

Time to RMA the card I think... but try another first, for $hits and giggles...
